Single artwork and press images for Zedd & Alessia Cara‘s double-platinum no.1 single “Stay” – the former in collaboration with Samuel Burgess-Johnson, and released on Feb 23 2017.


Inspired by land artists like Robert Smithson and iconic sci-fi cinema such as Kubrick’s 2001: A Space Odyssey, we installed a 4’ x 5’ mirror in a remote Utah desert, securing it against the wind over 24 hours. The result was an image that felt like a portal, an uncanny doorway into another plane of reality.
